The open fibre optic network for Baden and Ennetbaden – ready for all providers

Below you will find all providers currently offering their services via the open-access fibre optic network of Baden4net. The open OTO Ready-for-Service fibre optic network in the city of Baden (including Baden-Dättwil, Baden-Rütihof and Kappelerhof) and the municipality of Ennetbaden is available to all telecommunications providers.

Baden4net operates solely the open fibre-optic infrastructure (Layer 1) and does not itself provide any internet, TV or telephone services. These are provided by individual service providers via the comprehensive point-to-point FTTH fibre-optic network (open access).

As long as your building, flat or business unit is connected to fibre, you can freely choose between the available offers. The portfolio of telecommunications providers is continually evolving, allowing you to benefit from a wide range of fibre optic services. You may choose services from a single provider or combine individual services from different providers according to your needs. No, Baden4net does not provide multimedia services such as internet, TV or telephony and is not a telecommunications service provider. Baden4net is exclusively responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of the fibre optic network infrastructure in Baden and Ennetbaden. Multimedia services are offered solely by the individual telecommunications providers via the area-wide point-to-point FTTH fibre network.

The provider access to the Baden4net fibre optic network is established via the defined handover points (Service Access Points) of our infrastructure. Through these interfaces, all interested telecommunications providers receive non-discriminatory access to the comprehensive point-to-point FTTH fibre optic network in Baden and Ennetbaden as part of the open-access model.
